This data is accessed within your Google environment and used solely for the purpose of personalizing and sending emails through the mail merge process.
• Usage of Data: Your data is used to customize and send emails through your Gmail account. We do not sell, share, or transfer any of your data to third parties for purposes other than providing or improving our mail merge functionality.
• Data Retention: We do not store any data beyond what is contained in your Google Sheets and Gmail drafts. Once emails are sent, the script completes its process without retaining any data. You can modify or delete data within your Google account at any time.

No data is stored externally, and encryption is used to secure the transmission of your data. Your data remains within Google's infrastructure, and no unauthorized access occurs during the process.
